At DEAR FINELLI, we take pride in creating thoughtfully designed handbags produced in small batches with exceptional craftsmanship.

We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Include all original tags, dust bags, and packaging.
• Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Once your return is received and approved, a DEAR FINELLI store credit will be issued. Refunds to the original form of payment are not available.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

• Sale or discounted merchandise
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dearfinelli.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review your claim.
